Running the .out files on windows

Hello,

I tried running the Money.out & Password.out files through cygwin on
Windows. I put them in my home directory and typed ./Money.out in the
command line. Cygwin gives me an output saying "cannot execute binary
files" Any idea what I'm doing wrong or if there's a better/other way
to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The binary is compiled for Sparc architecture. You can run it on the
school's system. ( By ssh )
