2. For the 3rd condition for going alone
"right bower, 3 trump and an off-suit ace"
Do you mean 3 trumps, PLUS the right bower? Or 3 trumps, INCLUDING
the right bower?

And you said

"The right bower is one of the 3 trump cards. "

However, when the random seed is 6, this occurs:

Player 2 deals
The top card on the kitty is: JH
Computer (CMA) Player 3 (QD,9D,QS,AD,AS) > Player 3 passes
Computer (CMA) Player 4 (9C,9S,10D,10H,KD) > Player 4 passes
Computer (CMA) Player 1 (QH,JD,KS,QC,9H) > Player 1 passes
Computer (CMA) Player 2 (10S,KH,AC,JC,JS) > Player 2 passes
Everybody passed, so bid for a suit.
Computer (CMA) Player 3 (QD,9D,QS,AD,AS) > Player 3 passes
Computer (CMA) Player 4 (9C,9S,10D,10H,KD) > Player 4 passes
Computer (CMA) Player 1 (QH,JD,KS,QC,9H) > Player 1 passes
Computer (CMA) Player 2 (10S,KH,AC,JC,JS) > Player 2 passes

In this case, if player 2 bids for spades, he has 3 trumps (JS, JC, 10S)
and an off-suit ace (AC). He also has the right bower as one of the trumps.

Does the 3 trumps really include the right bower?

I think you're executing a stale version of our_euchre.

The right bower is one of the 3 trump cards. There was an error in the
our_euchre executable.

I've uploaded a new executable.
