Project Specification for Deliverable #2

Hi everyone,
The project specification for the second deliverable is posted on the
course Web page for assignments:

Also posted are some example programs with Gtk GUIs. These files have
been combined into a single "tar" file, and then compressed. To extract
the files

- gunzip files XX.tar.gz (for each compressed file XX)
- tar -xf XX.tar

P.S. our_euchre has not be fixed with respect to the errors that were
discovered during the first deliverable. Just use it for ideas about
the GUI.
